one day later and not one EA supoort member trying to help.
is this a joke ? so EA is selling a product, where neither the chat support can help or the forum support.
this is just pathetic. not even an answer.
a multi-billion dollar company is not able to support their product.
really a joke. never seen this in my life before. and its also pathetic that, that chat support asking me to open the case in forum. and its not helping one person.
cant believe that.
just close this forum. its useless.
i wasted so much time with ea since yesterday. for what? maybe chat support should say: sorry we are not able to solve this. just dont waste your time anymore. that would be the better answer.
you have exactly three approaches to solving problems:
1. Reinstall ea app
2. Clear the cache
3. Set the UAC lower
