"Failed during update process" Fifa 23 won't launch on PC via EA App

Ive had this issue for a while but i could always use Origin and uninstall AntiCheat, run Origin as Admin and run a repair to fix the issue however the Origin app now forcebly is pointing me to the EA App where the previous work around nolonger works.

Im on Win11, GPU is a 1070ti.

Ive disabled firewall, realtime protection and do not have any other anti virus running.

I called EA yesterday and spent an hour on the phone running through possible fixes, nothing worked so they said they were out of ideas and to make a post here.

Can anyone help a FIFA addict out? Im desperate.
