Hi all, I'm hoping someone could help me out. I've seen the other threads regarding this issue but I personally am yet to find a cure. I have followed every step in trying to resolve this issue. I have repaired and restarted countless times. I have uninstalled the Windows updates. I've turned off every overlay imaginable and turned off AMD anti-lag (I don't have Nvidia). Note, I only have TS4 installed and so the javelin anti-cheat is not accessible. The only thing that solved this for me was removing my Mods folder entirely. But, I could not diagnose any mod that was causing the issue. Furthermore, after disabling all of my mods, the issue persisted. My drivers are up to date. What is going on??? This is happening to me too. I was just able to play the game minutes ago. But when i remove my mods folder it works
