Failure to Connect to EA Play App on PC
When I launch the EA Play app on my PC I cannot get past the "Connecting to the EA app" screen.

Hey @britathea You can right-click on the EA app and launch it as an administrator. Also, ensure to add it to the exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall.
Nothing happened when I tried to run as Administrator. Also, I have been able to run the EA Play app successfully on my computer in the past.
At this point, when I double click on the app shortcut, nothing happens. Nothing launches at all.
- @britathea Also, when I run from the Windows start menu, the app does not open at all.
