My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!
it was happening to me too. you need to update the TMEX mods.. i completely deleted mine and it works fine now. hope this helps x

I'm also experiencing this issue. I was able to successfully buy and install the pack and I see the extra content for purchasing early, but I am not able to repair my game. I can repair the base game and every other pack, but when the EA app gets to Enchanted by Nature (it has the name of the extra digital content specifically) it tells me my ownership was "disabled or deleted."
The pack shows up as owned in the EA app.

I've got that too i was trying to repair my game after i completed a quest mission and wasn't recognising it so i tried to reply and got the same message about game disabled or deleted.
This EXACT thing happened to me!! Also got frozen on loading screen to Innisgreen, so i removed my mods and tried repairing the game but now the repair is stuck on the digital content and I got the same error message saying "I don't own this title". They better fix this ASAP cuz right now I feel like they stole my money.
Ok so I just hit cancel on repairing the Enchanted by Nature digital content, and it repaired everything else fine. I was able to start the game again with the digital content uninstalled.
OMG mine is doing the same thing. I created a case. idk what to do cause at this point I have tried everything. Something might be wrong with the EA app
