My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!
I am having the same issue and have tried clears the cache and restarting the app. even redownloading the sims 4 which worked and downloaded the pack but whenever i go to repair it stops on the fairy pack and wont work.
i have the same thing going on as everyone else i did preorder it and i really just hoping this issue gets solved soon since its lowkey expensive and rlly frustrating. let me know if someone figures it out!
Same here. I downloaded and played fine, but my computer turned off before I could save. Went to go back and just restart my day, everything to do with Enchanted by Nature is just gone. Tried to repair the game, now getting a notice that my ownership was revoked. But the EA app still shows I own it? I've tried to submit tickets but they don't go anywhere. I'm so frustrated. Ready to just request a refund.

Same here. I've tried submitting tickets but nothing. From what I've read so far, they're still collecting evidence its happening and there's nothing we can do. It's so frustrating. Makes me want to just request a refund and be done.

I have the same exact issue while trying to repair my game, I've even tried EA app recovery to see if that worked but it hasn't. I wonder what is going on and whether it will be sorted out in a quick manner 😅

Hi, all. Same here as everyone else, I presume, so this is my Me Too post. I purchased & installed the Enchanted by Nature EP on 10 July 2025. I've played the game for several hours since & continue to play. When I repair my game, however, it self-pauses when it gets to the Fairy Garden Digital Content & says, "Game ownership disabled or deleted; we've paused the download because you don't own this title." In order to move forward, I have to click Cancel on the Fairy Garden Digital Content download & skip it. I've attached a screenshot of the repair error message. I've confirmed that the Fairy Garden Digital Content is in my game; a screenshot of the three bonus content items placed on a lot in my current save is also attached. I have: restarted my PC, restarted the EA App (including signing out & signing back in), & cleared the EA app cache. I have also submitted an EA Error Report; ID 85530f02-29df-408f-9d81-57e2b2c24046. Same as everyone else. When I try to repair the game I get the same error that I don't own it, when I definitely do and I pre-ordered.
