My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing.

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!
Okay, then it isn't just me! That makes me feel better.
i had the exact same problem! i turned my mods/cc off and now it works! so i think a mod might be causing it, i dont know which one though.
At some point the EA App uninstalled my game. So reinstalled it, but it installed only some of my packs. That DID include the new pack, but not most of the others even though the app shows I have all of the packs in my library. So I just uninstalled the game again and am reinstalling it to see if it will install all of my packs this time. When that's done I'll see if I can see the Fairy Garden extra content even if all of the packs don't install.
Hey! After two failed repairs, I restarted my game again and suddenly I had the new stuff. I know it's all uninstalled for you right now, but if it still doesn't show, maybe try repairing it a couple of times, cancel the repair if it gets stuck on the error message again, and then open the game. I don't know why I have it all of a sudden, but I do.
Same here. Even though the pre-order bonuses appear in my game, it fails to repair.

I've got the same troubles with the Enchanted by Nature expansion pack, including the bit about not owning the Fairy Garden content. I pre-ordered it and have the receipt saying I own both. The Fairy Garden content was the bonus for pre-ordering the game pack.
So you are right the Sims team continues it's tradition of sloppy performance.
I wonder how long iit will take for them to fix the problem.
