Fallen Order - Not launch from steam with EA app

Hello, As the title says the Star Wars Jedi : Fallen Order doesn't launch from steam with the new EA app since it completely overwrites Origin and uninstalls it, and the app itself doesn't have the ...

I got it to work by going to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Jedi Fallen Order\SwGame\Binaries\Win64

And then double clicking:

SwGame-Win64-Shipping.exe

I haven't worked out how to change the Steam shortcut to point to the .exe file though.

This worked for me. I’ve had this issue multiple times. Seems to be an issue with the EA app. Really should have been corrected by now.

Same problem. Weird how EA wants money immediately but they'll worry about delivering a playable game on a very convenient (for them) schedule.
