FC 26 season pass not working

I already contacted EA about this in their help section and again no word back i cant access the season pass in FC 26 which i paid for the premium of, and was only able to on the companion app however as of late after restarting the console , deleting and reinstalling and then contacting EA regarding the matter now i cant even access it on the mobile app as well as it is locked. This is ridiculous for the past month same issue and its so difficult to navigate how to report an issue to EA theres no specific help option or EA report availability just telling me to essentially deal with it honestly this is poor for a multi billion dollar company to just disregard their consumers like this and now i dont know what else to do
