Summarize your bug Since I've purchased FIFA 22 through the EA App, i've noticed that my installation commentation is locked in english and I can't change it by any means. I'm from Brazil and it's locked in English.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Customize > Settings > Game Options > General audio > Field Soccer Audio
What happens when the bug occurs? game's commentaries remain locked in english
What do you expect to see? this issue fixed.

The Field Soccer Audio is indeed uneditable in-game. It defaults to the audio of the language of the game where it's installed in. For example, if the game is installed in English, you can still change the overall language of the game etc. via the startup screen, but you can't change the General Audio.
If you want to change the general language of the game, you will need to reinstall the game in that language (if you only play via the EA app). If you're playing via Origin, you should be able to change the install language via the Advanced Game Options (right-click on the game tile in Origin, choose Options/Settings etc.).
