FIFA 23 - Download stuck at "preparing"
Hello, I have an issue with the downloading of FIFA 23. My dowload is stuck at preparing. I was always using origin before but now I can't because it forces me to install EA app . Please help SOS.

Community Manager@Ra9er Are you still having an issue where your game is stuck on preparing? Have you been able to load into the game since this started?

@VinnieLaViva Can you do the following for me? These steps help with this specific error regardless of installs, trials, pre-load etc.
- Pause the download
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Click Clear Cace
- Once it reboots itself, log out of the app
- Log back in as normal
- Resume the download
Still doesn't work
