Fifa 23 does not show up in Library after purchase

Summarize your bug Redeemed a key for Fifa 23, started to download the game, then there was an error that the pre-download tasks failed and i cancelled the download to restart it, afterwards fifa 23 did not show up in my library
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know, maybe do the same?
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing because Fifa is not listed in the library
What do you expect to see? Fifa23 in the Library

Restarted EA app, reinstalled EA app, cleared Cach of EA app, restared PC, nothing worked

    @EA_Solaire Hi Ea! I've bought Fifa23 key from cdkeys! The key worked but in the meantime I've uninstalled Fifa 23 and I want to install the game again! Problem is that the game it's not in my Ea app library and the key from cdkeys won't work: Key already redeemed! Is there a way to download the game once again without buying it again? How can the problem be solved?
