@vivek20241 No worries, The first thing I would do is try the following to see if these steps help. This error typically happens when you have or had a EA Play subscription and there is an issue or it expired, or someone else did in fact download the game on their account on that machine but you are not entitled.
EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Once these are completed and if it still gives you the same error, uninstall and reinstall the game. If it does not allow you to reinstall the game, that would be more of an account issue than a game issue at which point you would need to reach out to live support.
@EA_Shepard I tried all this but nothing worked also i reached many people in the live support but everyone told me same thing clear cache ,reboot etc
