[FIXED] EA app not displaying games in library/store (Region: Serbia or Kosovo)

There has been 4 days since my library shows nothing, either ea app doesnt let me browse any games. This needs to be fixed asap cause im losing days on my ea membership and if the problem contuines I...

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue where my EA App game library is completely empty, despite owning several games. Here are the details:

  • I have purchased and played these games in the past with no issues.
  • I followed all troubleshooting steps, including clearing cache, reinstalling the app, and app recovery.
  • The order history for my purchased games is visible, but the library remains empty.

After contacting EA Support, I was informed that the issue might be related to my account's region settings. It seems my location might be incorrect.

I’ve always been able to see and play my games until recently. Could this regional misclassification be the cause of the issue? If so, how can this be resolved?

I would appreciate any guidance or help in restoring access to my game library.

    no  error, Just not showing up in my library to download. I have purchase confirmation and everything but in the shop it says not available for purchase available to purchase. I have already cleared cache and all possible stems. please help, it might be somethign with my region (Kosovo) thats what live vchat person said to me
