    Issue Resolved. Accepting as solution for visibility purposes.

    Hi everyone,

    It looks like this issue has been resolved.

    However, if you continue to experience the issue, please let us know by creating a new thread and sharing an EA app Error Reporter ID as this thread will soon be closed.

EA App offers me the option of choosing where I want it installed, then proceeds to install to C Drive only.

EA App does not recognise any game library not on C drive.

EA App does not let me play purchased games that have been downloaded.

EA App will not download purchased games - loops for a while then errors.

EA App will not allow me to play offline.

EA App will not allow me to play games directly - must launch through app, which of course does not then work.

EA App does not work even after uninstalling/reinstalling or running as admin.

I want this fixed or my library refunded.

I refer you to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website, refunds for products not fit for purpose.

@kaishan [EDIT] it does play my old C&C games installed in G:/Games/Origin Games/ but will not play new NFS installed in G:/Games/EA Games/
