I'm having the same issue and it started today. Every time I open the app it crashes and tell me something went wrong and needs to send a crash report and restart.This is infuriating because we can't play any games from that app if we are not connected. I tried reinstalling, cleaning cash and all the other solutions I could find and nothing works. Please fix this EA!

Error message (if any): App crashed unexpectedly, we ran into a problem, restart app.
When does the error occur (opening the EA app, starting a game via the EA app, Steam, Epic, or during gameplay?): as soon as I double click the icon to open the app
What is the current version of your EA app (check here on how to see this): Can't do that cause the app does not even open
*Edit: if you can't open the client, you can't check this. That's okay!
Om am trying to load it via Epic games app, but even that won't load my games since it needs to connect to EA...I'm ready to cancel my subscription to EA play if they don't resolve this by end of the week...
