Community ManagerHi, until today I've had no issues with the EA app. However, today when trying to open the App I get the error message "EA App Crashed Unexpectedly" as per the attached screenshot.
I've looked online at various solutions but nothing has worked - eg I've tried various options such as clearing the cache, deleting the Electronic Arts folder, changing compatability and running as administrator. I managed to get to the log in screen but then it crashed once I'd entered my credentials.
Please advise if there is a general issue with EA and, if not, what I can do to open EA

I just got confirmation they know about it and are working to get the issue fixed as soon as possible 🙂

I would request you to wait for sometime till the issue gets resolved, till then please keep an eye on our official website for getting further updates. We at EA customer service make every attempt to resolve each issue, but sometimes a resolution is simply not possible due to problems beyond our control.
