Forced move from Origins to EA app - all games gone

Good morning,

When I tried to start my beloved FIFA Manager 2013 via Origins this morning, I was forced to download the EA app as the new games hub ... so far so good. However once opening the EA app, none of my games are accessable (resp. even showing). When redeeming the code in the My Collection section, I am told that the code is accepted (including showing my account ID), but then tells me "this code has already been redeemed".

When accessing the game directly via the desktop icon, it tells me "You don't have access - This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game, Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again"

App restart did not bring any change.

I am the owner (and installer) of the game.

I cannot open Origins as it was deleted in the installation process of the EA app.

Did anyone else have a similar issue? If so, how did you get this fixed?
