Friend Comments Blank

I'm not sure what happened, but when my EA Play membership expired (even though I pay for XBox Game Pass), I can't see messages from my friends, and they tell me that they can't see mine either. I just see an empty post. I tried logging out and back in, but that didn't work. Help!
