Friends list issues with EA app

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Every day
Summarize your bug Friends list randomly stops refreshing status of friends. When this happen its also not possible to change your own status. It seems that the client have lost connection with server. Must go offline and back online to make it update statuses again. Also often when doing this you will get a error saying friends list cant be loaded and show a reload button. When clicking reload button friends list loads and it works again until it randomly stops refreshing status of friends. Also another issue is that the friends list changes your own status to invisible after some time if EA app isnt in focus. Even when you are using your computer but have other windows active after a time the app will just change my status to invisible. dont know if this is a feature or not but it wasnt like this a month ago. Both of these issues started in mid October with EA app. I do not have these issues in Origin at all so its only EA app

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have EA app open on your pc but not as the active window for a while. Dont know how long as its random but just leave it open for a few hours and see what happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? Friends list stops refreshing friends status and auto put you to invisible status.
What do you expect to see? Expect friends status to be refreshed 24/7 . Expect EA app to not change your status automatically.

Both of these issues started in mid October with EA app. I have tried to reinstall the app and use recovery option on the app several times but it doenst change anything..
I have used Origin as well to see if the problems are also there but Origin works fine. Friends list doesnt stop refreshing friends status nor does it change my status to invisible after some time so its isolated to the EA app.
I'm just reporting this as a possible bug and is not going to do lots of stupid stuff to my computer to make it work.
The issue is with EA app so there should be no need to reinstall windows, buy new computer, start my own ISP or any other unrelated workaround to make it work. 😉
