Game cannot be launched from EA APP - Sims 2

Hello everyone. I have bought The Sims 2 Legacy Collection and cannot play it.

My game is updated, no mods, cleared EA's cache and still, I'm getting the error that the game cannot be launched from the app. It worked once but there was an error and the game closed again.

It's happening only with Sims 2.
