game download issues
hi EA! whenever i try to download any game, i click on it and where it would say download or play, it says "this game is not currently playable". its been like this for a few months, and i've done everything i can think of to fix it, nothing's yet worked. i don't know much about how downloading games works, so if anyone has suggestions or solutions, they would be greatly appreciated! please also check the file attached to see what i'm trying to say; (this is the specific game i want, but it's the sae for everything else).
