"Game is already running" error for all games on the ea app

So when I try to launch a game on the ea app, the game crashes and says "game is already running go ahead and start playing. It's a good one." I thought the issue was for FIFA 23 but it is happening for all games I try to play on the ea app. I have tried closing ea applications in the task manager, clean booting my pc, app recovery (clearing cache), deleting temp files, repairing each game, uninstalling and reinstalling each game,  uninstalling and reinstalling the ea app, disabling game overlays, running the ea app and game as administrator and not, uninstalling all third party antivirus/defenders, giving the ea app/associated games controlled folder access, and basically every possible solution listed in these forums. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue recently and if there are any other solutions available. Thanks.
