Game isn't launching or being stuck at launch in EA app.

It is getting stuck like below in the loading screen. Please help me. Also I am using Xbox Game Pass version of ea app. (FIFA 23)

Hey @Oguzecal,

It's just stuck like that? You're not getting an error after a while or anything?

Can you try clearing your EA app cache to see if that solves the issue? Sometimes files get corrupted or damaged in there, and then they cause all sorts of annoying issues like this.
