Game keeps closing on EA Play Pro subscription, need help!

I’ve been having a really frustrating issue lately. Every time I try to launch a game through the EA App — whether it’s FC 26 or Battlefield 6 — the game sometimes opens, but then after about a minute it just shuts down by itself. Basically, I can’t play at all. I’m subscribed to EA Play Pro, so it’s really annoying to pay for something I can’t even use!
