Game not appear as owned on Ea Desktop but does on Origin

Summarize your bug bought gold edition, can play gold edition from origin client but only eaplay trial from new software ea desktop.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? absolutely no idea how this can be reproduced. mix of origin client, ea desktop client, eaplay with gamepass subscription etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? BattleField 2042 game is launched as trial from eaDesktop client but as gold edition from origin client
What do you expect to see? Gold edition launched from both client

I bought the game (gold edition) on gamesplanet, activated it on origin.com

The game appear as owned on origin client, everything works fine.

One Ea Desktop I only have the trial version, available by my GamePass subscription...

Why my gold edition is not available on Ea Desktop ?

Also Just noticed I have ea play (with Gamepass) available on EaDesktop, but not with origin ...

I can't play withy eaplay from origin.

These both client are such a mess, it's so confusing

    Hi @AhnenerbeUnit,

    I'm sorry about the late reply. 

    You mentioned that you purchased BF2042 through a third party retailers. We are currently looking into a bug where games purchased through third party retailers don't show up in the EA app. 

    The workaround for this is to play the game through Origin while we are investigating this.

    I have the same issue for The Sims 4 DLCs.. 

    EA Desktop shows me that I don't have 6 DLCs, whereas
    when I'm using Origin I can see all of them as purchased.

    I have the same issue. Currently it only says Island Living is not owned.

    Was also told to just play on origin.

    Just annoying to see "Try EA Desktop App!" everywhere.

    I was told to just go back to Origin instead of using the new launcher. I haven't checked it since. That was their "fix" for it. Sorry you are having the same issue!

    I'm having the same issue with Sim City(2013), The Cities of Tomorrow expansion, the rest of it's add-ons, and several other games and add-ons, it shows me only owning some, but not all of what i actually own
