I bought Sime Medieval for something easy and quick to play. However it does not appear in my library. It counts as if it's there but it is not actually there. I have cleared catch. Changed location and language settings. I have repaired. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. everything online they have said to do I have tried. When I uninstall another game it shows up where my new game should. Yes, the game said the transaction is completed also.

What exactly are you seeing in your game library- are you being prompted to repurchase your game?
I am going to chime in on this as well. EA App is rubbish continually have to exit and restart it because your installed games don't show on left-hand side go to the store it says it in your library and installed click on it, nothing happens ? been happing for months this problem no the only one most of my buddies suffer the same problems but cant be bothered to report because its never fixed.
