I started downloading SW Jedi Fallen Order up to 22% and paused it. 10 hrs later, I want to resume it, but it does not start. I searched online about any issues in the app and I found the app recovery tool from the official site of the EA Play app. I did the app recovery but now all my previously downloaded files are gone. I now relauch the app and it starts all over again? I looked into the previously installed file folder in my drive and it is also gone. How can it delete itself?Can you help me please?

Hi&nbsp;@bkeman12,

When you clear the cache, you delete all temporary files. That includes the files that you have downloaded so far when having an active download.&nbsp;

You would have to restart the entire downloading process after clearing the cache.&nbsp;

It's not a bug, but this is what happens when you clear the cache when having an active download.&nbsp;

I too have this issue.But, it's not active downloads; it's entire game installation folders (these are not temporary files).The games have been downloaded and successfully installed, and played. Then suddenly, the EA App stops working, and on a recovery it deletes the folders the games have been installed into.

Mine has now done this too. Removed nine downloaded games, games I had played just a few days ago. They're entirely gone and so are all my saved files.&nbsp;
