Game Packs

Back in August, I bought 3 packs/kits. I went through the process of clearing cache on EA and then redownloading those packs/kits and then repairing the game, yet I open the game and it says I never bought these packs and now I have to save the money to buy them again. I have photo proof of where I originally bought them. I just want these packs/kits back without paying for them a second time. Please fix this.
