My account has been hacked, can you help me?

When I tried to log in to my account, it said there was no account with that email address, so I tried logging in with my phone number, but instead of my email, a random email address was listed. When I tried logging in with my number, it showed that the service was down. I have the necessary evidence. I would appreciate your help. 

The email address associated with the account is [edit: email address removed]. The account contains FC24 and FC25, which I purchased through Epic Games.
