@EA_Atic I'm having this same issue. Originally played the pre-order beta, then cancelled my preorder. I'm now trying on Gamepass and it's not downloading at all.

    I have exactly the same issue. I pre-ordered the beta but cancelled it. However it still shows up in my account.

    That's why it is conflicting when I try to install Battlefield 2042 EA Play edtion through Xbox Game Pass.

    I tried contacting support but the support page seems to be broken here.
