Solved

Game removed from library.

As topic say. Mass Effect Andromeda deluxe edition has been removed from my account.

    Have you contacted EA support directly? There is little that can be done on the Forum in such a case. 
    The link to EA's Support is here.
        1. In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".  
        2. Click on "See all Help Topics".
        3. Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"  
        4. Choose "Chat with us".

    Thx for help. I didnt see "contact us" button before. After rolling page down. I was courious why i must post thread on the forum.
