I can't download the Sims 4 in English

Yesterday I tried to download Sim 4 in my new laptop but when trying to intall it it only allows me to choose between 3 languages (Czech, Polish and Russian). I live in Poland but I am not Polish speaker so I want to download the game in English. I tried to switch my location in my account to Spain and to the UK to see if that would allow me to see other languages available to download the game. Still, only shows Czech, Polish and Russian. 

I don't know what to do because I want to be able to download the game in a language I undertand.
