game spend limit
For some reason, even though i haven't purchased anything in the last couple of months, whenever I try to buy anything it says I have exeeded my monthly game spend limit. When I check my balance it says I have spend around half of the money on it even though I definitely haven't. I tried buying something before the messaged popped up, however, the purchase failed, so I haven't actually spend any money. What do I do?
Hey @MegaThilde Have you had any repeated purchase attempts that could have caused this issue? It's possible that those transactions are still processing.
Try editing and temporarily changing the limit to see if it resolves the problem. LINK
