Game Wont Launch, Tried reinstalling and its just frozen on canceling

So, I've played over 12,000 hours of the sims, using origin, and the moment I was forced into the EA app, the sims no longer would open on my computer. So, I had the idea to maybe repair the game files and remove all of my mods, this had 0 effect and my game would not open. 

Now, I have uninstalled and reinstalled base game, but one of my stuff packs was taking like an hour to download (Bowling Night to be specific), and I tried hitting cancel so I could refresh the app and give the sims some time to kind of catch up, since I've spent over $1,000 on DLC for this god-forsaken game. But, now I am stuck with perpetual canceling, and I tried restarting the app, but it is still just stuck canceling the download, and I still cant even open the game.

EA, I truly blame you for all of this frustration.
