Games are not showing under installed app or in library

EA is not showing the games under "installed games" in the "library"; it just shows loading and loading forever. However, enabling VPN sometimes results in the games being shown, but when I try to download a game, it shows "preparing download" forever. I have left my PC on for an hour, but nothing happens; it just shows "preparing."

I have tried disabling the firewall, clearing the cache, and uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app.

I have uploaded the screenshot. As you can see, it never loads, and after starting the app, I get a pop-up message after a minute or so: "Things are taking a little longer...."
