Games Library in the EA app doesn't show games purchased.

Also have this issue.

When I try to launch bf2042 from the .exe. It launches the stupid EA app and then does not open the game. 

I just bought Command & Conquer last night and looked forward to playing it on my day off. All my games are gone and I am getting a 404 error when I try to go to the games page. 

I have the same issue, most of my games are missing.

I have lost almost my entire EA library. I owned all the battlefields and they're dlc, Mass effects, even peggle is gone and it was a free game from EA. Why why WHY? What is going on over there where entire peoples game libraries are disappearing and its the problem of the customer to scrape up all the games lists and dlc and purchase history as opposed to the one thats actually messed up to begin with? Thats some straight up trash customer service and care.  

As of 4/13/2023 my game library has disappeared with hundreds of dollars worth of purchases. When this will be resolved? Who knows cause EA. When they're first foot out in fixing the problem is burdening the consumer and purchaser of the content to do the legwork to fix it I don't expect much.

I have the same problem, the vast majority of my games have just disappeared from my library.

@MurshedACThere seems to be a number of similar threads about the EA App but some were old and the recommendation seemed to be to open a new thread. 

I have nearly the same problem. My profile shows four of my five games and there are zero of them in my library. Oh, and also I can't download them from their pages in the app.

I have this problem as well, and I was freaking out until I found your post. Thank goodness I'm not the only one. 

I played the Sims 4 early this morning with no trouble. I hopped back on to my computer to play at the end of the day, and EA App showed some sort of update was complete, and I am unable to find any of my games that I've paid for.
