games missing
Hello! ive downloaded ea app after not using origin since 2015. i logged in my old account: [edit: email address removed]. but my library is empty. when i check my ea account online, it still shows...
The good news here is that games cannot be removed from an EA account they were purchased on without the Owner's permission and Supports assistance. If you've not asked Support for this, then your games are on your EA account - we just need to do a bit of digging to help identify what's happening here and help it show up again for you. 🙂
A bit of troubleshooting may help them show up in the games library. Could you please try restarting the app or clearing the cache if necessary and let us know if you're still running into this issue after?

I’ve just installed the ea app yesterday and tried restarting. Haven’t cleaned cache yet but is there any cache considering it’s a newly installed program?

Hi @58fbfdf01bf9d571, If you've only just downloaded the app, it's unlikely to be a cache thing (no harm to do the steps either way, just in case). If your game library isn't showing your owned games in the EA app and you're not seeing your DLC, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You would need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.
I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with. You can provide the receipts from the purchases made from the account that you do have and they can help you locate the account that your games are currently tied to. At first I logged in the wrong one, but then I logged in with email: [edit: email address removed], the same I logged in here in my ea account. It has all the purchase history but still no games in the app.
