Hey Pumpkino1,
Let's get you to reinstall the EA App.
To start, please clear the PC's cache; it might help clear out persistent errors.
If that doesn't work, try again after a clean boot and ensure all other apps in the background are closed.
Do make sure to download the installer from the official website.
Following this Microsoft guide, you could also set up a new Administrator account on the PC; sometimes, installation errors are caused by a lack of writing permissions on the Windows profile.
Let us know how it goes when you can!

Hi,
I've just tried these, and none have worked. I then tried deleting and reinstalling the EAAppInstaller. It is now saying the app is installed but it can't find the folder, and when I press repair and restart the laptop nothing happens.
Thanks

If not even setting up a new Administrator account on the Laptop worked, where do you see the EA App installed exactly?
Have you tried uninstalling it from the Control Panel? Is the EA App showing as installed for you there?
