Hacker has changed the steam ea games link

My computer was hacked and my steam account was stolen and connected to another EA Games account. i got my steam account back, but I can't play my games. Can you disconnect the account that is connected to my steam account? Will you please get back to me. I can prove that I bought the games from my steam pay history and credit card statemen.
