Summarize your bug When I launch Apex Legends via a shortcut on my desktop, the EA app loads, but none of my games do. If I close out of the app and try to relaunch Apex Legends, nothing happens. In order to get the game to load, I have to go into task manager, force close both the EA App and the EA App Background Services, and then launch Apex Legends again.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch Apex Legends from a Shortcut. I turned off the EA app loading on PC Boot, so that may have something to do with it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The EA App Loads complete with storefront, but no games load.
What do you expect to see? The games should appear on the EA App sidebar, and allow me to launch Apex Legends.
Just a note: this issue started on February 14th, when the current Season of Apex launched, which was also the date that the EA app was forced upon everyone. This issue has been occurring ever since then. Also, it kinda irks me that the Store loads fine, where as the games don't: it feels like EA's priorities with this app are on full display with this bug.
