Having problems using credit card payment

I live in Uzbekistan and im not Russian or anyhow connected with Russia. I am Uzbek citizen living in Uzbekistan and we are not under any sanctions! But i cant use credit card to pay for ea play or buying games. I have only paypal or gift card options that are not convinient for me! Can someone herlp me becuse there is not chat or email to official ea support...
