Having trouble accessing an old EA games acct.
I’ve spent a lot of money on my original EA games account yet I can’t access it given I have expired creditionals and I have no way to access my email I used it. Is there any way I can get my Sims 4 games back on my new account I had to make?

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they'll be able to take a look at this for you. They can help you set the email back to one that you have access to, once they can verify you as the account owner.
