Code wont send to email.
I haven't been on sims 4 in almost a year now and decided to hop on the game since bugs were fixed. I try to login then it wants to send a code to my email but i don't see a email from ea. followed the forums that led to the live chat bot. only to get asked to put in a email i don't have linked with my ea account, i do so . and it takes me back to the ea help site saying this issue isnt supported .i have most of the expansion pack and kits etc. And i willl not buy more for a new account. i dont know if they're using ai to get people to create more accounts just to buy sets on top of sets of packs but i had to create a account to do this forum. I dont know about you guys but its time we come together for a class action lawsuit because no way we spend thousands on top of thousands for packs and kits etc, and cant get the proper help to play the game we all once loved . its been two weeks of trying ive contacted the sims team on my twitter, tiktok etc . no real responses from company .

- i have receipts of my last purchase for sims and back then it was origin before ea And it was 3 purchases with the same month.
- i have access to my email for said account
- i know my my password for said account
