- What specifically were you trying to buy when the error started?
- Did you make any other purchases recently in the EA app before the errors began?
- Do you get the same error with other cards or payment methods?
- Roughly when did you first start getting these errors?

I tried to buy the bundle, Death and Life, Vampires and Laundry Day.
No i did not made any other purchases recently in the EA app.
I did not try other cards, because I have only one.
When I wanted to buy the bundle…It’s not even a first time that I’m buying a pack, I already have the pack Dogs&Cats and Cottage Living, and I Bought that with the card I was trying to buy this bundle recently. Can you help us?EA_Kent
