Hello, I wanted to buy a bundle Death and Life, Vampires and Laundry day, but everytime when i go to payment, enter my info and everything and to just click on pay, the app crashes and says that there was an error, and now I cant buy anything, I tried to buy only Death and Life, but it still does the same thing. Can anyone help me? Whats going on?( I only have packs Dog and Cats and Cottage Living)

Got the exact same problem and coming from France too... So, what can we do then ? I mean, i tried several cards and none of them work. I don't wanna purchase on other platform because the price are less interesting.
So again... what do we do ?
I wanted to buy a pack and whenever I try to check out it says that I'm offline... so I cant buy anything... I'm from Czechia and also don't use VPN
So it’s because we have a VISA card!? But why would it be marked like “not available” if the card is the problem?

I just saw that EA is sold out to someone else, and that’s the thing why The Sims aren’t working, so I think that we can not buy any packs… Idk, we’ll see if something’s gonna change
