Hello, I wanted to buy a bundle Death and Life, Vampires and Laundry day, but everytime when i go to payment, enter my info and everything and to just click on pay, the app crashes and says that there was an error, and now I cant buy anything, I tried to buy only Death and Life, but it still does the same thing. Can anyone help me? Whats going on?( I only have packs Dog and Cats and Cottage Living)

andrijanab What country are you in? There are some regional restrictions, and also seemingly a few people not in those countries who are getting hit as well.
And also, I forgot to mention, when I launch The Sims 4, I get the notification that there is a promotion on packs and when I enter, for every single pack it’s saying “this pack is not available”…
I tried everything, but nothing works… I can enter every info of my card but when I want to enter “pay”, the page just go to “there was an error” and then send me back again to chose the packs for the bundle. I even tried to buy only one thing, it does the same thing, error, and then it brings me back. But I see I’m not the only one with this problem, myb there is a problem with EA or something?
