mm yea I moved on, though id come check in. Hope you get your solution for the same thing that I had/ have. You got more luck with someone actually getting in touch with you. wish there was a refund option as if id known id only get to play $200 NZD worth of games for only 1 month. Id never would have bought any of it. All the best and hope you get things fixed.
If I get a fix I'll post it here though for anyone else having the same problem.

Yea,I've tried getting in touch and didn't hear anything from them :/ Best luck getting movement to a solution to this issue.
