(dd.mm.yy hh:mm) every single timeSummarize your bug so the app is installed, i log in it seems to start the app than suddenly it closes, i cant acces anything How often does the bug occur? Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Right click the EA app and "Run as an Administrator"
