Any option at all to rollback to the Origin client? I launch all my games via desktop shortcut and as a result I don't want your new client popping up every time I try to launch something. No options for this in any settings I am aware of either. When I want to play something I want to launch the game and get into it immediately. I don't want to click down your application every single time. I just want to play Battlefield. For being "more lightweight" it sure is far more noticeable than I want it to be.
I'd like to add that after trying to play the game again today, launching the client took almost 30 full seconds as opposed to five. Only to have forgotten my login despite me ticking the "remember me" box. Now every time I try to log in, the client closes itself. Relaunching it brings me back to the login screen. I'd hardly call what is effectively a ban a "better experience" compared to just being able to play the games I've bought. Please either fix this ASAP or properly mark EA App as an optional beta program and let us roll back to Origin which actually just works.
